sorry i didn't clarify but i was inquiring about conventional weapons, like the article specifically refered to assault helicopters i know isreal doesn't produce helicopters but gets them from some company in texas....of only slightly more signifigance because i know the assault helicopters will be used. i din't know about the nuke thing though except that ind. and pak. got it all from the west like france etc. the article just suggested that there was a much stronger relationship between india and isreal than what was reported in the indian press during the shimon peres visit. like that is presented as a new level of diplomatic relations in respone to the "12/13" attack (indian govt. seems almost excited they have something comparable to "9/11") that i thought india was using as a bargaining chip against pakistan but if there was already close diplomatic ties then that visit didn't mean anything except some PR spit in the face to pakistan and now Iran.
well it's pretty clear india is trying to apply isreals "terrorism" policy to kashmir
