In Defense of a Revolutionary Perspective ... White authored the first draft; comrades Shane Mage and ... For instance, Arne Swabeck and John Liang have ... major aspects of its evaluation of the Cuban Revolution. ... http://www.bolshevik.org/history/indorp.htm

I met the son of Arne Swabeck once at UCSC. He was visiting the son of Abe Osheroff, who fought in spain against the fascists. Arne's kid was an apolitical surfer. Nick Osheroff was a lefty but, a cynic about his Dad's CPUSA involement. The Swabeck papers are at the Hoover Inst. He was one of the witnesses in Reds by warren Beaty. http://www.geocities.com/suzukyakira/ireland/reds.html
