URPE Summer Conference

I should've fixed it and spared her.  True that the Labor Party candidate 
came, actually, in third, due to Medea's candidacy, but the whole public 
power vote 'lost' (ballot boxes found floating in the bay, other shenanigans, 
they thought they were in Florida god forbid) so the outcome of the race to 
be on the board was moot as it turned out.  So... it's OK to go to the 
conference.
