NEW DELHI: Less than 60 per cent rainfall all over India. Three-hundred-and-twenty districts identified as drought-prone. Thirty-one districts in Uttar Pradesh and 150 talukas in Karnataka declared drought-affected.
In Madhya Pradesh, the revenue department has drawn up a list of 33 districts facing drought. Time to hit the panic button?
