Indeed, I hate symbolic rallies as much as the next anarchist and I live in a city that has too many of them. Still, if a bunch of people want to get in the streets and say that they oppose another war against the Iraqi people, I say more power to them. I think we need education, symbolic protest, and direct destruction of the U.S. military machine.

Pick whatever tactic is comfortable to you. But as Doug points out, don't participate in electoral bullshit. The Democrats and Republicans are united in their class interests on these issues.
