google will search back to november, 2001. here's page 89 
http://www.google.com/search?q=site:nuance.dhs.org+lbo&hl=en&ie=ISO-8859-1&oe=ISO-8859-1&start=810&sa=N

the list gets approx 100 posts a day. with all the cross referenced pages 
that come up in results, 8980 isn't very many result for a list that is 
archived back to May 1998. i know how to do a site search, since i 
frequently use it. google hasn't been searching back
past last november for about a month now.

a not insigficant group of people are glad the archives are no longer being 
searched by google. i don't know why, but the search doesn't work past 
November 2001. Perhaps Justin convinced Google to pull them.  i was hoping 
you spidercided it, but i didn't see anything in your code.
