this is not a rhetorical question:  didn't Chomsky employ the
terminology of "genocide" to describe the U.S. mission?

If so, events have wildly disproved that accusation, IMO.
I think Chomsky has a lot valuable to say, but on this
count, if my memory is correct, he went way over the top.
