Chechnya and Russian ultra-rightist

Reminds me of Turkish recruits sending the ears of the ARGK militants they
killed to their girlfriends. Then they all come home as heroes and go vote
fascist, along with all their pals.

What I don't get is fascists are supposed to be ultranationalists; how can a
Russian be ultranationalist and wear a swastika?
