CB: Why would the massive economic and military impact of imperialism around the world become funny because of alleged restrictions on computers in Cuba ? This is ad hominem, and attempting to destract from the horrendous world situation that Castro accurately described in his speech .

The argument seems to be: someone in Miami claimed that Cuba has put restrictions on computers, therefore Fidel Castro's critique of the global economy is inaccurate. That's a non sequitur.

What false statement about the world economy did Castro make in the speech ?
