The funny thing about this, as in funny yuck, not funny ha-ha, is that the same a-holes who proclaim TANF is such a success because it has people working are proposing to eliminate a "loophole" in the regs that mean those who are said to be working aren't really. Which would mean the percentage found to be "working" will decrease. The Bushies are after the same change, so it will probably happen. Thank god there is such a big difference between Bush and the Hill-Joe team!!
