Exactly. Which is what the situation requires? We've got some bad people who hate us for many bad reasons, and a bunch of ham-handed imperialists trying to kill them and repress us in the process. I feel like we're back where we were six months ago, though with considerably less emotional intensity, with people taking extreme, caricatured positions, and unable to listen to anyone on the other side.
