It is very telling to see how important to her activism was to her whenever she told her own story (see the "Thoughts that Will Not Let Me Sleep" chapter of her 2nd autobiography and the focus of her autobiographical film *Deliverance*) but how Hollywood wanted to tell Anne Sullivan's story as "the Miracle Worker".
