Nonsense. You can't spoil what's already rotten to the core and oozing the most godawful rot. If Wellstone really want to practice what he preaches, then let him join the Greens or offer a substantive critique of our shitty electoral system, which no Third World country would tolerate for a second. But the Dems as an institution are just atrocious, a vast money and commitment-sink. The Dem-Rep machine is what the US has where the Soviets had the CCCP; in fact, in this Democratic Party, Mike Bloomberg is a flaming tax-and-spend liberal.
