When you get a chance, I'd love to discuss Burger's supposed progressivism; while not the absolute troglodyte that Rehnquist was, he supported the rightwing drift of law in a range of ways. I'd like to hear what decisions he made that you think make him more progressive than either Ginsburg or Breyer.
