Iceland to wean itself off of fossil fuel

just wanted to confirm that i was being sarcastic where i am quoted below.

having studied saga as a college student and then saga and a bit of icelandic as a grad student, i've wanted to go to iceland for a long time. i was fortunate enough to get there about two years ago for several days, and it's a magnificent place . . . although . . . reykjavik is precisely the party town you've heard it is. ;-) i intend to go back, at some point, and have even considered that it might not be a bad place to live . . .
