You probably want _kaiserism_. I confess this word was suggested to me by a crazed right-wing pseudo-anarchist in a discursive venue I would prefer not to divulge, lest I invite yet further derision, but it seems to apply to current events; yet another bitter reprise of end of the 19th century at the beginning of the 21st.
