Not to mention the good work v. Kissinger.   To me, since I don't know him, 
the discussion is about political faultlines, not about whether Hitchens is 
hinged or unhinged.  Anyway, what's with the personal attacks?  Can AC 
mention Hitchens without mentioning alcohol?
