believe it or not, i've actually seen freepers talking about lula
wanting WMD's for brazil -- and then setting up a lula-chavez-castro
"axis". if anything, this rather desperate belief just goes to show that
there seems to be a lack rather than abundance, of "rogue states" out
there.
