I love this. Clearly IF Iraq could get nuclear fissile material, then they
could build a nuclear bomb (not hard after all) - but how are they going to
build one, if they don't have sufficient nuclear material?

What is Iraq planning to do with these nuclear bombs, anyway? Throw them? Or
is the next stage of the report going to be that if Iraq had access to
ICBMs, and sufficient fissile material, then she could threaten the US.
