report points out that Iraq
is sorely lacking in delivery system -- to wit,
it is believed to own 12
missiles that can go as far as 400 miles.<<
Even if Iraq had WMD, which for the most part looks doubtful, it has no way of delivering them internationally. The no-fly zones and the lack of even medium range missiles guarantee that. The stuff they have is inferior to V2 for delivering any WMD. Attempts to extend the Scud range results in them breaking up by apogee.
The idea that Iraq should be attacked on this basis anyway is totally chicken shit because then the US should be conducting campaigns to disarm Pakistan and Israel, which it isn't.
