I never used the word "working class" specifically because of Wojo's use of
the "lower class" phrase; we can have a whole class stratification debate
again, but the point was the simple one that white males are not the primary
group for progressives to organize.  I don't advocate ignoring them-- heck,
I'm the compromising lesser-evil pragmatist here -- but I don't measure the
progressive possibilities of the American people by the reactionary core of
white conservative males.
