I don't remember who was asking about these guys, whether the site was a 
parody or not, but there was a story on them on Johnson's Russia List a 
couple of days ago (which I deleted, apparently) so they seem to be for 
real. They're one of the few Western banks trying to do business in Russia, 
targeting the middle class.
