I'm curious as to why the word 'deserve' is used in the discussion of the 
attack on the WTC and Pentagon. Who makes the determination as to who 
deserves what? I believe the attacks on the Pentagon and WTC were 
inevitable given the state of the US's foreign affairs, but I could not 
possibly make a determination that anyone deserves to die. Am I 
misunderstanding the use of this term? Anyone care to tell me how to 
determine who deserves to die?
