Christian scholars say no war

I can't imagine that the Bush II administration (or its predecessor) would
like to see the principle established that, because a ruling clique is
really weird and really nasty, a large number of its civilians may
justifiably be incinerated.  That is, I suppose, an al-Qaeda principle.
