I would disagree with Dennis. I'd still stand by the David Bacon suggestion. He's a fine writer and he is tied to the labor movement, which Hitch and Cockburn never were.  I'd like to see a writer at the Nation like Bacon who is tied to something that is happening that leftists should be aware of...labor...
