I know you do care Nathan. You would not be spending so much time on these things if you did not. But I don't agree with you that these cuts are not real possibilities, just some tactic or political strategy. The states are in big trouble, the counties are in big trouble. There are elements in our society that have been bound and determined to undermine public support programs. Sorry I got personal.

There is a problem with having only two parties. That should be clear by now. My daughter's boyfriend is from Holland. He says the politics are much different there because there are a variety of positions not just a two party structure that can be melded to meet the desires of the same folks. Marta --
