It means a hell of a lot. That you discount it shows how little you know 
about the reality of what you are talking about. There is a war going on in 
the Caucasus, you know, that thing where people get their heads blown off 
with grenades. The hostility toward Chechens is thick. Chechens get beaten 
up every day on the street. This is an olive branch.

But then, someone who thinks the National Bolshevik Party, which is a bunch 
of bohemian party-goers, is a dangerous fascist menace will believe 
anything.
