I saw this video a long time ago, around the time of
the incident; and the issue was that Luca and certain
"dissobedienti" were accused of being authoritarian. 
As I said before, I dont know if it is true or not.
However, it would not surprize me, if it were true. 
Proclaiming oneself anti-authoritarian does not make
it so.  Hence the need for accountability in any
organization.
