i'd be happy to hear that he's accurately claiming that baker said, "i fixed florida", but it appears rather that he's saying that's what baker *meant*, not that those are his words, which is a very poor way of using quotation marks in a context like this. one might even call it deceptive. but maybe he's trying to "sex up" his charges against baker < cough >.
