Of course helping the tobacco companes get access to international markets and weasel their ways into "public health" planning is one of those lowkey background components of quest for world domination!

Seriously, I will at least forward it to one of my favorite instant letter to officials outfits because I would certainly check an email box about it, and if I were walking by anyway I would cheer, but I ain't expending fossil fuel on this one!
