That was irony - a reference to a cartoon series by Derf
http://www.derfcity.com which starts with the line "when the revolution
finally comes" and listing some idiotic pop-culture characters (such as
the notorious Camel mascot as the executioner's hand smacks a cig out of
his mouth) who will be among the first to be put against the wall.
