BAKUNIN'S BANANA BREAD
1 3/4 cups of flour
1/2 cup of applesauce
1 cup of sugar
2 eggs
3 medium bananas, mashed up
Mix applesauce, sugar, and eggs.
Add bananas and flour.
Pour in a small, loaf-shaped pan.
Bake for about an hour in a 350 degree oven.
Cover loosely with a sheet of aluminum foil for the last 30 mins.
Pretend the bread is Jack Welch and insert a knife into its middle --
if knife comes out clean it's ready. If not, bake it some more.
The bread is low fat; applesauce replaces the butter. Goes good with
coffee in the morning.
