Sometimes I wonder why I even bother to read you, much less answer you, since you spend so much time being an asshole. But: 1) I ask questions because I'm the moderator of this list and try to stimulate discussion, and 2) unlike you and neoclassical economists, there are a lot of things I don't know the answer to, and genuinely wonder what other people think.
