You can stimulate discussion better by stating your own position clearly and provocatively or advancing a provocative position that you don't actually hold, playing a devil's advocate. Then, others can agree with you and elaborate on what you said; partially agree with you and qualify it; or partially or totally disagree with you and explain why. Unless you are trying not to divulge too much of what you think in fear of losing LBO subscribers and potential readers of your books-to-come who pay you to hear what you have to say.... ;->
