Jokes appreciated.  Seriously.  Bill, we could dump the South and 
much of the midwest.
Look the only way is to get people believe in a vision (the 
importance of Utopia) which is greater than them.  That seems 
antithetical to individualism rampant in the US.  Honestly, I don't 
know how.
