Go-Pills suspected in causing "friendly" fire

What's interesting, to me, in this case, is that the go-pills are
typically used _after_ a mission is over: so you don't fall asleep on
the ride home, as it were.  The bombing occured on the way home, after
their assigned mission was over, and thus after taking the speed.  But:
it was only like an hour after they dosed, so I'm not so sure of the
impact.  But I guess we'll see.
