What's the proportion? -- Yoshie --- Maybe I should add that, since Russian gas and oil companies are required to sell to domestic industry and consumers at well below market rates, the profit is all from exports. They don't get money from exports to Belarus, Armenia or Georgia either, as Russia subsidizes the economies of all those countries. They've really been pumping up the juice. Russia is one giant power plant.

Russia became the world's largest oil producer this month.
