I am shocked and awed by your complete insouciance towards the Iraqi civilian casualties that would result from "Shock and Awe." Mr. Rather assures us that the article contains no information that could help the Iraqi military. But does it contain any information that could help the American people, i.e., by contributing to a frank and open discussion of the merits of going to war? I don't see any. What I see is a network reduced to a press arm of the Defense Department.
