Microsoft is simply shifting the jobs to lower costs; US workers are being laid off, Indian workers are being hired -unknown here is whether this is an offset arrangement in order to get contracts with the Indian government- and the stockholders will get some loot. Doesn't sound like a cash crunch issue. What's the problem Chuck? :-)
