Actually, it's worth reading. You see, when I read articles like this one, I think, "Well, as a heterosexual white male with a university degree, a steady job, and a mortgage, with all kinds of privilege and status, and all kinds of oppressive strategies and discourses being deployed on my behalf that I probably don't even know about, I guess I have no place at _all_ in anything remotely progressive." Saves me a lot of trouble.
