Not sure what you mean by this, but certainly bankrupt stocks (i.e., stocks whose "value" is presumed to be zero) enjoy healthy trading at times. It ain't over until it's over. The contract ends (and is determined) on Aug 31. Just because it looks 100% that he's going to step down oesn't mean he won't be in the position on Aug 31.
