Oh come on Michael. This is not a "fact." It is some half-remembered fragment from some half-remembered url repeating some Soros or CIA propaganda. & don't bother listing scores of Soros "Human Rights" urls.
I know Belarus opposition journalists. One is a good personal friend. During the whole of Lukashenko-time there has been a far more vigorous anti-Lukashenko press in Belarus than, for example, anti-war press in the US in the last months.
