Not to me. Sounds like most people I deal with daily. The problem almost
always comes down to this: If they unplug from the machine, what is waiting
for them? What will give them hope? Marxism? Not in this culture. Socialism?
Depends on how you define it (or spin it). Cynicism and despair? Probably
right under the surface of their illusions, and this brings us back to the
starting point.
