I do not have lbo-talk in the address book, I simply hit the reply button, so changing the properties of the address book will have no effect here. And of course I set the default to text only, but all it does is preventing Outlook from using html format in sending out replies, but when the incoming message is html - the reply will also be html. MS knowledge base states it somowehere that this is MS Outlook default to ensure some esoteric goal which escapes me at the moment. Which is the typical example of the MS arrogance - they will decide what is best for you.
PS I find the address book feature in the MS Outlook quite cumbersome, for example it does not list email addresses that do not have business fax, and list business fax together with email addresses. This is sheer idiocy of over-engineering - simplicity of design is what MS designers miss altogether.
