It would be rather exceptional for a chimp to be able to share human values (you confuse capacity for one thing with capacity for a different thing.) It would be almost as exceptional for a human not to have the inherent capacity to do so. (Here you confuse un-utilised capacity for absence of capacity.)
Is it even necessary to point this out? You are clutching at straws.
