It's at the point now where the patriotism reflex is activated, and most Americans will support the president and the troops. Flying back from LA last night, we watched Frank Luntz's focus group show on MSNBC. Opinions on that show were far more divided and nuanced than a 70% number suggests. Even some of the prowar folks were ambivalent.
