And there seems to be an increasing likelihood that "Shock and Awe" was simply Psy-Ops, touted with the knowledge that Iraqi soldiers would hear about it and thus demoralize them. So far, there hasn't been "shock and awe" but a much more piecemeal approach.
Could change, but it's worth thinking about.
