I believe that some of the folks in Direct Action to Stop the War are
anti-globalization activists who like to engage in coalition politics. I
can understand your wariness about this joint call, but perhaps more
disruption can be staged from these regular rallies. This should allow
regular folks who haven't done direct action but are tired of rallies a
way to plug into more radical tactics.
