This phrase is running across the BBC web tickler at: http://news.bbc.co.uk. There's no linked article; not even sure what it means; uprising against Saddam? Against the U.S./British?
Has anyone heard about this?
If you click the tickler you get a story with some pretty specific details. If it's true it sounds like hell on earth there, with the UK military calling this 'what they've been waiting for'. God forbid they should go in and help.
