THEN, he says, Rumsfeld just said nearly the same thing, backing this speculation. they pull out footage from Rummy's briefing earlier in the day. Rummy sez, to paraphrase, "It may be that when people are trying to escape the city, Iraqi troops are shooting them on sight."
he mentioned nothing about impostering as US soldiers! Nothing about uniforms. Nothing even about surrenders. he did suggest that Iraqi troops might be shooting citizen-defectors.
I think they also just spent nearly 2 hrs on the uprising story. CNN is barely reporting on it.
I know I shouldn't be surprised, but it's the freaking obviousness of the lies on Faux Sn00z. It's like they had no idea that you can get away with this stuff without being so obvious about it. Like I said, these guys are like watching professional wrestling matches.
